Recent Wall Street analysis of consumer trends confirm the “everything at home” trend we are seeing at MediaTrust. Like the “nesting” trend we saw after 9/11, folks are retrenching and staying at home with the continued economic pressure on their wallets. Folks are spending more money on their homes, and less money going out or investing in items outside the home. James Russo of Neilsen Media was on MSNBC discussing some of these trends. 3. Consumers are looking exhaustively for ways to reduce their monthly burn to save money (So look at running relevant coupons, mortgage refi, and loan refi offers)
