Hi Peter,

Just a follow up. We have an event I am hosting this Thursday called Ease Your Mind. The technology you offer may have some real opportunities for me within my client base. Our connection is through Mitch Wergiles of Premier- whom you went fishing with...

www.rethinkyourprinting.com/nyc may be a good place for you to meet us and some future prospects...

Thanks
Ed Sanders

Collin i like the way you think! its a project we have been working on and is going to coming out soon. we have partnered with the Performance Marketing Alliance Association to create a 3rd party shared data base that will start monitoring fraudulent publishers & advertisers.

We all need to work to raise the integrity of our industry so it can grow and not allow the bad apples to effect all the hard working good people in our industry..... the cavalry is coming!

i hope to have some news out asap on this as well as some proactive innovation on the compliance front that further protects our publisher and advertising partners.

Collin - agreed. I think too often, as Shai mentions, is that we think if it doesn't affect our network or our campaign that it's someone else's problem. That's the wrong attitude.

We need to get better at weeding this stuff out and , you're right, having something like a centralized database.

What should happen, and I have said this before too is this. There should be a general site/data base created where an affiliates name gets listed if they are found to be committing fraud, and those name made public!

Problem is, there are so many networks who don't give a shit how a person gets leads or sales - there will always be room for them. You need to cut these people off at the knee's, also inform advertisers as well.
